"We love the home that A&G built. We moved into a 5 bedroom home and it was perfect. The view from the master bedroom and dining room along with the kitchen is why we purchased this house. A&G did not take down the trees and left it very natural. Just how we like it. The layout was perfect. Three bedrooms with the Master are all on the second floor. Each of the three bedrooms were all the same size so no arguing with our children. The 5th bedroom is in the finished basement which is just what we need when our parents stay. We looked at numerous houses in the area but none came close to what we wanted in a house- Layout, big yard, smaller house for the area, and a big kitchen for all our cooking, Things that we found that needed to be fixed after we moved in, A&G fixed them, no problem. Even after 1 year of living here and the house settling there were no problems. Even after the one year builder's warranty was expired, Amer continued to go out of his way to help with anything and everything. He keeps his promises and does what he says he will do. He once drove three hours after a severe storm to check on my house when I was out of town. Amer takes great pride in his work and wants his home owner to be 100% happy and satisfied. "Finding an honest and trust worthy contractor is very difficult but we were lucky enough to be referred to A&G Homes by our agent who has worked with him on numerous projects. "After looking in the Lake Anna area for a year, we walked into this home and fell in love with it. We were able to watch most of our house being built. We were so impressed with the quality of the construction and materials being used. All of materials and appliances are top of the line. As well as the beautiful granite counter tops and cabinets throughout the home. This house is so well insulated that you never feel a draft which also helps keep the electric bills reasonable. I love everything about my home. A&G has always been very responsive to any concerns or issues we have have raised. We had an incident with some water in the basement after the 1 year warranty had expired and A&G took care of it without hesitation. I know I could call him today if I had a problem and he would take care of it immediately. I appreciate his passion for the quality of his homes as well as his honesty. "We love the house A&G built. We've been here eight years already and love it more and more each day. It's well built, and extremely roomy. A&G has a knack for squeezing every square inch out of the place. Whenever people come in they are surprised at how big it is on the inside. It's deceptively large, which is nice because it blends in well with the neighborhood. It's also nice to have room to spread out during COVID. My wife loves the appointments - molding, floors, etc. I love the infrastructure. All hard wired for internet, top of the line HVAC, strong framing, tons of storage, etc. A&G is also wonderful.
